1. Eligibility for Returns
a. Standard Products (Non-Customised)
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and non-customised product within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
b. Customised or Embroidered Products
As these items are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or does not match the approved specification.
This includes garments that have been embroidered with logos, names, or other bespoke artwork.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
Contact our customer service team within the return window at: hello@wolfworkwear.co.uk
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Wait for confirmation to say we can accept the return, returns without authorisation may be refused.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition
Include all original packaging, labels, and tags
Be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
Wolf Workwear Limited is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Customised/embroidered garments (unless faulty)
Items returned without prior authorisation
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Items returned after the 14-day window (unless agreed in writing)
6. Exchange Requests
Exchanges are handled as new orders.
If you need a different size or style, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
7. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is:
Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Faulty or damaged
Customised incorrectly despite accurate approval
Please notify us within 4 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
