The item must be returned (where applicable) before a refund is processed.

We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to alternate cards or accounts.

5. Deductions or Rejections

6. Delivery Refunds
If the entire order is returned due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, faulty goods), the original delivery charge will also be refunded.
If only part of the order is returned or the return is due to change of mind, delivery charges are non-refundable.
7. Customised Orders and Proof Approval
Refunds on embroidered/customised items are only granted where:
The final product does not match the approved digital proof, or
The product is deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery
No refunds are issued for artwork errors that were not flagged by the customer before approval.
